In 2017 I graduated from Vancouver Career College with my diploma as a Veterinary Heath Care Assistant. I almost immediately jumped into emergency Veterinary care and continued that path in 2021 when I first moved to the Niagara region. Emergency medicine has always been important to me, but what I love most about this field is building relationships with our clients and patients and I am grateful to be able to do that here at Hartzel Animal Hospital. I currently have 3 cats at home that are all very spoiled and when I’m not at work I can be found outside enjoying the amazing Niagara region while fishing, kayaking and hiking.
